The drive-thru service at this place is terrible. The guy at the drive-thru (with a long white shirt, and both of his arms tatted) had his car parked on it. Yes, it sounds bizarre but it's true. At first, I thought someone had ordered and was in front of me waiting, but then I realized it was his car. How? I pulled up and he opened the drive-thru window very harshly. He asked for my order with a rough tone, and when I was done he mumbled something and closed it. He then exited the premise, looked towards my car as he walked out, and moved his car, which was parked on the drive-thru, to the back of the building. That is how I knew it was his car. Apparently he didn't like that he had to move his car from the "VIP" parking because he continued to speak to us with a demanding tone. For example, he went to park his car and as he was returning he said, " you have to come around so that I can charge you" with a demanding tone. Then he kept quiet, signaled with his arm and squinted his eyes , like if I didn't hear him. I did, but I couldn't believe this. I drove around and on the other window, he, again in a demanding voice said, "the price is 11.99" as he extended his arm, made an annoyed face, and waited. I looked at him and waited, as he looked back and then looked away. Hey, I get it, we all have bad days, but be more professional and courteous. Have some class. If you don't like your job, then don't go to work, and find another one. It is that simple. I am NEVER coming back to this place. Border Burger, this person has an attitude, get him fixed or you will be losing a lot of customers very quickly.
